Malezi School & Centre
Location: Kitui Ndogo, Nairobi, Kenya
Overview: Malezi (“to nurture”) provides affordable primary school education in one of Nairobi’s harshest slums to children living in extreme poverty. It further acts as a catalyst for community betterment initiatives.
Mahtabe engagement: Founder support; guidance and oversight; meals program; teacher salary support; and development consulting.

Umoja
Location: Rigoma/Bwabene village, Nyamira, Kenya
Overview: A developing outreach center designed to promote rural sustainability, address farmer poverty challenges, and provide care to orphan children.
Mahtabe engagement: Concept creation; local government involvement; resident sensitization; and intermittent distribution events.
